We use the highest quality cocoa beans to produce our chocolate and sugar free coatings. We roast the beans and manufacture the chocolate liquor to ensure quality throughout the chocolate making process. Cashmere®:
Our most popular milk chocolate with a well-balanced flavor profile. Whether you are coating pretzels, enrobing centers, or making peanut butter cups, this chocolate will complement a variety of centers.
Cupid®:
A flavor profile that is reminiscent of our Wilbur Buds®. Made with natural vanilla flavor. A medium viscosity perfect for hand dipping or enrobing a variety of centers.
Guernsey™:
A milk chocolate that delivers an intense chocolate flavor. Made with natural vanilla flavor.
H-732:
An economical chocolate coating with a pleasant milk flavor.
Medo-Gold™:
A flavor that delivers a well-defined chocolate. Made with milk fat to inhibit blooming problems. Ideal for panning nuts or solid molded applications.
Providence™:
Our lightest in terms of color in our line of milk chocolates, yet the flavor still offers a pleasant chocolate character. Milk fat has been added to inhibit blooming problems. Versatile enough for many applications where a consistent light-colored chocolate is the key to a successful product.
Sable™:
Our most popular milk chocolate in a reduced viscosity. Perfect for truffles or hollow molding.
Sunnybrook™:
A sweet milk chocolate with a subtle chocolate impact. Made with natural vanilla flavor.
Windsor®:
A flavor profile that is reminiscent of European-style milk chocolate, with a slightly caramelized note.
Brandywine®:
A high chocolate liquor content and minimal sweetness makes this product reminiscent of a European-type bittersweet chocolate. It complements a very sweet center. The low viscosity makes it perfect for truffles.
Bronze Medal®:
Our most popular semisweet with a strong chocolate impact. The added milk fat makes it bloom-resistant. Great for a variety of applications where strong chocolate flavor is a key for a successful product.
Scarlet®:
A mellow semisweet chocolate with a distinct fudge character. Added milk fat will help inhibit fat bloom. A great chocolate coating for mild-flavored centers.
Velvet®:
Our darkest semisweet chocolate with a very robust fudge character. The added milk fat makes it bloom-resistant.
Warwick™:
This sweet dark chocolate has a hint of bitterness. Appropriate for a variety of applications.
Platinum 2000®:
A clean taste made with deodorized cocoa butter and complemented with a natural vanilla flavor.
Liberty™:
A smooth, rich flavor with a delicate caramelized note. The 120 viscosity allows it to be used in a variety of applications.
Victorian™:
A mild semisweet with lasting chocolate flavor. It uses a natural liquor and pure vanilla. Ideal for use in a variety of applications with a viscosity of 130. It has added milk fat to inhibit blooming.
