Chocolate Seed:
Finely ground chocolate used for tempering.
Available in a 50 lb. case.
Cocoa Butter:
Deodorized cocoa butter.
Available in a 35 lb. pail.
IC Mix:
Formulated with natural chocolate liquor and cocoa powder to a fat content of 40%. Wilbur's chocolate ice cream mix provides optimal flavor and color to your product. Available in 50 lb. cartons.
N-254 Undercoat:
A product formulated specifically to function as a bottomer for milk or dark chocolate enrobing. Made with non-lauric fat.
Available in wafers at 90 viscosity in a 50 lb. case.
R-815 Chocolate Liquor:
Medium-roast chocolate liquor.
Reo Chocolate Liquor:
Medium-roast African liquor.
Available in block and wafer

W.C. Peanut Butter Melt:
Developed for use in automatic molding applications, this smooth and creamy product is the ideal choice for one-shot depositors. It is also a versatile base for the creative candy maker.
